I applied last week and didn't get a decision, but a 30 day notification and a code. I left it alone and didn't call because I've been denied this card twice this year alone. I got an alert on TU today so I called a number I found in the forums and it matched me to a MasterCard account with a whopping $200 credit limit. Called up credit solutions and got it increased to $3500 asked for $7000 so I know I didn't leave money on the table. I think I've gotten close to $35,000 in both CLI and new accounts with Synchrony within the last three weeks.

What Credit Solutions number did you use? Mine's been stuck at $300 for several months (while all of my other Synchrony cards have gone up by ridiculous amounts).

Mines was too CKA321...until tonight when I read this post....I went in and hit the luv button and it finally took me to $800 but I'll admit I've only used the card twice and I've had it since Oct 2015...I limited the use after that ridiculous starting limit and mines is a SC not the MC.

Congrats OP! when you called CS did you confirm that it was the MasterCard? because when I applied back in February, the appication didnt process for like 2 weeks. Once I got the TU instant alert, I called the mastercard toys r us number and it found me, but said my limit was $300 and it wasnt the mastercard. I thought $600 might be the lowest approval amount for the MC. but I could be wrong.

It's definitely not a MC at that limit. I've had that happen before will Mills fleet farm. They claimed over the phone it was a visa and then the card arrived and it was the store version.
