UPDATE 4K - MARVEL MC Approval but no SL given

I read older threads that said you could sign up for an online account right away to get the SL but something must have changed b/c now you need to provide your full card number. I don't have any other Synchrony cards. The approval email only gave an application reference number. How do I find out the SL?

Congrats! call the number on the marvel website that says "contact us" 24/7, it will say we matched you account to your phone number and just enter last 4 of SSN
