Hi!  Thanks. US Bank purchased my mortgage back in August, so there's that. But when that happened I started getting pre-approvals from them. So since that my exposure includes:

Platinum:  $15,0000

Cash +:  $15,0000

Reserve line of credit: $5,000

So far, I've been very pleased with them. Knock on wood, I hope it lasts!  Again, congrats on your approvals!!!!

Not exactly same day, but all within days. Here's what I opened and when...

9/8  Plaitunum 

9/9  Cash +

9/11  Platinum checking

9/11  Reserve Line of Credit

got these proeducts with one pull.

Yep...Will be 1 HP if done on same exact day. At least in my experience.

Great thanks. I have prequalified offers for cash+ and cash 365. Thinking about leaving the garden to add another prime lender and be totally done with subprime.
