I was going to go the savings account route, as I'm in Texas also, but I want the Cash+ anyway, so that works. Great info, thanks!

Congrats!

Great card to have.  I use it with Samsung pay for the 4.5%.  

Charged a hotel stay last year and the day after the charge hit the card, the $325 annual travel credit was applied.

HP cli, but seems to be generous for this card.
