Huge congrats on this one! You've long been one of my primary barometers on guessing a ballpark for starting lines on credit cards (not sure if you've noticed over the years, but whichever order we app in the numbers are usually close if not identical). That said, you definitely knocked it out of the park with $20k! Hopefully these SUBs will help take some of the sting out of those inevitable new home expenses.
