Last July I got an auto CLI from US Bank on my Cash 365 Amex that doubled my limit from $1,300 to $2,600. Well, i got bored tonight and started trying for CLI's on Disco (no dice), and then hopped over to US Bank to try my luck. And knowing that the language states that I give permission for them to take a credit report, my chance was 50/50. Needless to say, it was an instant approval, doubling my line from $2,600 to $5,200. I immediately tried to get a CLI on my Smith's Mastercard (US Bank), and got the no soup for you message. Oh well, I was 1/4 tonight, and it was totally worth it.
That makes up $2,600 of the $7,400 line I'm losing from Home Credit, so I only have $4,800 to go.
ETA: This was 8 months and 3 days after my last CLI on this card, so it appears that US Bank has me on an 8 month CLI cycle. I'll have to test this hypothesis in July when it'll be 8 months since my last CLI on my Smith's Mastercard.
Congrats on your CLI.
Congrats on your increase!!
Congratulations!
Congratulations on your approval!
