Applied online and got an automatic approval with a 20k SL.
They pulled Experian @ 788, with 1/12 inquiries and 0/12 new accounts.
This one feels extra good, had been waiting around 8 months for my new accounts and inquiries to fall off after being rejected for this card last year.
Tempted to go for the Altitude Go right now before this card reports on my credit report.
That is a fantastic approval!
I bet the 8 months dragged waiting for this lol. Enjoy it!
Congratulations on your US Bank Cash+ approval!
Congrats!! That's a great SL! Did you have a banking relationship with them?
Hey hey thanks! I did sign up for a gold checking account with them around a year ago after being rejected lol. Their Because You Earned It (BYEI) program let me have the gold checking account open with no fees. Since then sent some deposits through to them on an irregular basis but no debit card usage. I'd say only like ~25k deposited with them.
Funny story when I first opened my US Bank checking account and transferred ~5k in from Chase I had to pay an "ACH Fee" charged by US Bank and after calling them the CSR and I had a funny conversation about "What the hell are [they] doing". Excited to be a part of the US Bank fam but my god lol.
So yes some history I suppose, but I've read that simple deposits don't really qualify as a 'relationship' but after getting a decent SL I don't think it hurt.
