It's been a long time coming, but I finally got to apply for one of my remaining goal cards today! I've been gardening all year for this card! After watching countless YouTube videos and reading countless posts on here I grew interested in the US Bank Cash Plus card.
Per advice I waited until I was 0/12 before applying. Technically I was 0/13 because I was told US Bank uses your 0/12 status at the beginning of the month in their decision. Since I started November 2/12 I waited until December to apply.
I just dropped from 11/24 to 9/24 also but I'm now back at 10/24 with this application. I had 0 inquiries across all 3 bureaus before today also. They pulled Equifax which is my worst bureau (Although I have rehabbed it, my old defaulted student loan is still on there holding my score down)🥺😩😔.
I was instantly approved for $8500! It was a huge but pleasant surprise! I was nervous about having to start with $2000-$3000 from a lot of posts I've read. I also was concerned I'd have to apply then call in to speak with someone as others have mentioned in their posts. Now back to the garden I go so I can get back under 5/24 and go for my last goal card, the Chase Business Ink Cash!
Congrats on your approval. Glad you had your patience rewarded there
Congratulations! I'm hoping to get that card in 2023.
Congrats on the approval!
