I've had my U.S. Bank Cash Plus card for 8 months. Today with all my credit reports frozen I decided to ask for my 1st limit increase. They instantly approved me via soft pull for an additional $5000. Taking my starting limit from $8500 to $13,500.
For the last 8 months I've used the card for the Utilities and Internet/Phone and Cable categories. Typical spend has been $450 to $500 monthly. I always pay in full. During my initial approval Equifax was used. At the time of approval my inquiries were 0/12 and new accounts were 0/12. As of today I am 3/12 on inquiries and 4/12 on new accounts. I'm thankful for all those who have posted their experiences with U.S. Bank CLI's on this forum. Your posts were extremely helpful!
