That's how it trended when i called in for a CLI. The HP was registered but nothing online and so after some days, because when i called in to check status they told me try the next week.
The next week came and when i called in that's when they told me it was a no go. Grrrrr.
But anyway i'm still satisfied with them and after all i did add quite my share of new accounts right up before then.
If they left my TU alone and hit up EX instead, i probably would have qualified.
Well... got my denial letter yesterday. To many inquiries and too short a time with BBVA Compass. Heading to the garden until mid next year I think. I have all the credit I currently need.
So I tried earlier and got the "unable to process request at this time" message and to call in. My TU is frozen so wondering if that might be the issue. I got the card Dec 2015 and use it here and there. $20K SL and still there, about $1200 on it right now. Will probably unlock TU in a bit and try again and see if it goes through our I get the same message. Anyone else having the same issue currently? TIA!
