The exact same offer popped up on my screen while I was logged in
earlier this evening. Same wording "You are invited to apply" with no firm
APR but the offer is only good until Oct 31, 2018. 0% APR on BTs, purchases and
convenience checks for 18 months. 15,000 points on a $500 spend within 90 days,
2,500 pts immediately upon the first purchase. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because
it was an "invitation," not a firm offer with a fixed APR. I've got about 7 weeks,
so I'm going to let this percolate and see if USAA sweetens the deal. Will let
you know when I do decide to pull the trigger.
