I been trying to get a CLI on my Cash+ and Altitude for a year and they were always trying a HP. All my new apps are a strict EX pull and only USB pull TU for CLI. I thought I can use a HP as TU has only one. So I went ahead and requested On both the cards and got $5k on each without even a HP. Weird USB, when locked they attempt a HP and when unfreeze they dont 😂
