USBank Cash+ Visa Signature Approval

I applied for this card after getting a prequal for it at 18.24 percent. Very interested in the 5% back for cell phone bill as our bill for 10 people is approaching 600 dollars.

Wasn't instant. Got the approval email that says congrats on the Cash+ Visa Signature approval. Blah blah blah. At this interest rate and a FICO in the 750s, and income in the 250k range, any chance it's one of the measly 500-1000 limits? I have 5 cards currently with limits from 10k to 35k.

I've been seeing quite a few posts on this card recently.  What are the typical SL ranges seen for this card?  Is there a certain "target profile" that seems to get the most love from them?
