lol. I am almost a full 24 hours app sober now.

I think I am going to program a portion of my website to look like a CC application page and make it a random approved/7-10 day/30 day/denial result page when you click Submit. That way I can continue to app but without the harmful side effects. Like an app patch. Smiley LOL

I will call it iCantix (ican'tapp-a tosa 500mcg)

iCantix is not for everyone. You should talk to your Dr. and ask if iCantix is right for you. Side effects include extreme joy or disappointment with rare side effects including rage and a little hope depending on the landing page you receive after clicking Submit. Stop taking iCantix if you start getting cards in the mail. You shouldn't take iCantix for more than 24 consecutive months since your inquiries will fall off your CR by then. Call your Dr. if you achieve an application that last for more than 4 hours, even if you are approved.

If you have read any of my posts in the last 6 days you know I have app’d for several Visa’s and MasterCards. Well, apparently I app’d a Chevron / Texaco Visa and more than once. I swear I got a denial message and I certainly don’t remember apping more than once. I mean, I really and truly think I did get denied. Turns out I have the card on the way. Synch just called to verify me and said congrats, you’re approved but I had to deny the other application since it was a duplicate application.

So at this point I think it’s time to recognize I have a real problem with apping. I mean like a full blown medical issue. Oooh! I guess I should app the Care Credit and seek medical help… Or maybe just stop apping and get in the garden. Scary part is, I also app'd the Ebates card and atleast one other that I can't remember what it was and got what I think was denials there too. I think this might be worse that drapping. Smiley Sad

If it sounds like a duck it must be a duck (addict)

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Thanks. I called CS and asked for the CLI. They approved it to 4k. That brings my total credit limit to $78k.

Those inquiries are over what period of time?

Seems like they number of apps hasn't tanked you or are those spaced out over a long period of time.

Thx

I can only go back to February for all 3. As of 2-15 it was Exp – 23, TU – 16, EQF – 17. I had 2-3 fall off of each since then.  When I first started working on my credit in October 2015 I think I had 10, 10, 6 respectively. I think. My scores will update in 7 days and I will update them then. The TU and Experian are current.

Re: Unexpected Approval

Heck I'm NOT Living then....I'm hemming and hawing over 20 HP's combined acroos all 3 and you got me

beat with EACH one.

And that's b/c Cap-! pulls 3 themselves

I'm tempted to app AmEx right now

(Don't know what I'd DO with the cards except SD but I'm tempted.....again for no good freaking reason, other than to get a YES)

Be careful with Amex, Discover, Citi, and Chase. They hate me for one reason only, too many inquiries. I have enver been able to even prequal one of theirs, even before I started rebuilding. Don't do as I do. lol. or did..
