Got a wild hair last night and decided to apply for a card a Unify. I was a little nervous after reading some of the experiences (like the mysterious approval and no response @SouthJamaica had a couple years ago), but I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of the process!
I did the online app, and as expected they pulled EX. I hate apps that ask what you want for a SL - I'd rather they just offer something, or do like Alliant and give a "maximum I qualify for" option. I decided to throw out $20K, and it came back with an instant "conditional approval"! I received an email asking me to email a paystub - they really need a secure upload site, but ADP masks your SSN so I didn't mind emailing.
Late this morning they called and asked for proof of address, too, which isn't surprising since I've only been here about 8 months. I asked her about doing a PLOC with the same pull, so she asked a few questions (I said $10K for that one) and she said it was a "system approval" so it didn't even need to go to underwriting! Woohoo!! I emailed over my proof of address, and a little bit later I got the docusigns, so I submitted them. Whole process took maybe an hour

APR on card: 13.24 (lowest)
APR on PLOC: 9%
