I believe in branch would certainly get around those questions as you could prove who you are if there is one in your town.

The oddity about them is the lack of branches unless you have a commercial acocunt with them and even then they're very sparse in locations.

It can be.  From the apps I've seen approved it's more of a niche challenge for some of us to play around with like prey.
