** Update Approved ** AMEX prequal - 3 months history, no FICOs!

My credit history just turned 3 months old (no FICO8 yet) and I actually got three prequalifications on the AMEX site: Amex ED (15k MR), Magnet ($150+$100) and PRG (25k MR for $2k spend).  OK, so just about the lowest public offers out there, but still, I didn't expect to be able to get "in" with Amex yet.

At the moment I have BoA Cash rewards ($1500 CL) and Discovery IT ($500). I don't need another credit card with toy limit, but would want the PRG at some point anyway, and definitely if I came across a 50k MR sub offer. Not sure if that is achievable yet (as I am not an existing Amex customer I gather incognito mode or otherwise does not matter).

I got kind of excited over this (am sure you guys understand). Should I keep gardening or push the button?

Update: Was able to get a 50k link to work (thanks, Doctor of Credit) and was approved for the AMEX PRG!  Wohoo!

Anyway - a nice datapoint for others that have a short history, even no FICO score - Amex can be welcoming of folks like us.

Just to add that DW also got approved for the AMEX PRG 50k on the same basis, i.e. no FICO score, three month credit history, and only one other CC reporting (BoA cash rewards, $1500 CL). So, this was not a fluke. No idea why.
