Just a little tidbit you may not know... you mentioned that when Chase pulled your credit for the denial the letter said 704 vs your Fico 8 scores. That is because most banks don't actually use the Fico 8 scoring model when applying for bank cards. There is actually a separate bank card scoring model that is used to determine your score for those!
