I was supposed to be in the garden for awhile but after I found out that Venmo Visa makes the approval decision via soft pull (HP if accepted) I decided to apply since it gives 3% on the highest spend category (2% on the 2nd highest) and I will use it for my bills/utilities category. Some DPs:

Approved with a SL of $11K
They pulled TU (4 INQ, now 5)
FICO score is 670ish (I still have 3 COs on my CR)
I have 5 new accounts within the last year
low 6 figure income and ~1% credit utilization
