Lol! I totally agree, way too smart. Mine is definitely not trained for protection work, but she is a smarty pants. I always tell people that my dobie has absolutely no conscience when it comes to food-related behavior. She is impervious to reprimand regarding eating the cat food! But her personality is impossible to not love.
