I just got an email from C1 for Card Lock. Has this been available for long?  I don't have the app so I've never seen it.

Re: Venture one world elite MasterCard approved

I also just confirmed that I would receive World Elite MasterCard Venture One as well.
I thought I would get Visa but it turn out to be WEMC. Hooray!
My credit limit isn't high but I'm sure it will grow.

Congrats!

I wish they would upgrade my World MC Venture to WEMC.

25k limit and I spend and pay off 5k-10k per month.

What else do they want?!?!?

Oh well, I am still happy with them.

Kugel:
If you have another cap one credit card account you can combine them into your venture one account. That's what I'm going do when I receive the card, combine my quicksilver into my venture one and close the other account.

Re: Venture one world elite MasterCard approved

To combine does the new card need to be open 6 months ? Can u combine qs to venture 1 ?
It doesn't effect AOAA ?

I thought it was a year before you can combine accounts. Also, the closed account would remain on your credit reports for at least 10 years so not a material impact.

One thing to keep in mind, the combine cards system is buggy and does not ALWAYS allow it even if you know your cards are eligible. Not a real guarantee you will be able to combine when the time comes.

Re: Venture one world elite MasterCard approved

I was told by Capone in order to combine account, the intend closing account need to be open at least 6 months and have zero balance. It also need to be MasterCard to MasterCard combine or Visa card to another visa. And also partnership cards are not eligible. They are currently updating the combine account features. Hopefully it'll work out well for me.
