Not quite the increase I wanted but can confirm it was a sp as CSR stated since I took the amount the computer gave me. If I wanted more I'd be transfered to a credit analyst where it'd definitely be a hard pull.
Also WF updates their cli instantaneously because when I logged in after the call the new limit was shown instead of my old one.
