Waiting on Barclay Red Aviator👨‍✈️👨‍✈️👨‍✈️ *UPDATE* Approved!

Hi guys

Bet you this is new.

So back in July I had my first and middle name legally changed. I switched my name on most of my cards except for Barclay Ring that I have for some reason( oh I remembered, because I had to call and I was on hold for a good bit so I just hung up)

Anyways last week I decided to apply for the Red Aviator card. It goes to 10-day. Which I gather from learning here that means fraud Dept.
So I call and speak to nice rep that answers the phone. She had me send the documents and tell me you should be approved as soon as name is straightened out.

I check the status online and it says “we are unable to provide you....” so I call.

Another nice rep from same Dept tells me that when they are waiting on paperwork for that it goes to auto denial in system until they manually update and says I’m on track for approval and not to sweat it.

They told me to give them until next week because they are very backed up due to holidays.


What ya think?

I cleared it up after two weeks. I had to send in copies of all sorts of documents but finally got it approved with CL of 14k!
