Walmart CLI - They Make It So Easy!

I opened my Walmart Discover in November.  I've only had 2 statements cut (a 3rd would have cut, but I didn't use the card during that billing period).  Anyway, I'm starting to itch so I figured why not ask for a CLI to satisfy my itch.  I know it will be a SP and the worst they can say is no.  So I just called and asked for my limit to be increased to $10k......and they approved it.  Yayyy!  I just logged into my online account and they already have my new limit showing.  I love GE!

Just out of curiosity do you recall when/how much your cash advance limit increased ? I'm at a 6.5k CL and my cash advance amount is just $700 ?

Thank you!!  Yes, my original cash advance limit was $700 just like yours.  My initial CL was $3,600 with the $700 avail for cash advance.

Hmmmm....that's a good question and I am not sure of the answer.  Maybe someone else knows?  Just a guess, but maybe only the Discover version lets you get cash back at the register?  That's the only thing I can think of?  Hopefully someone else will chime in with a real answer.

Don't know the answer but i'm pretty sure you can get cash back with the store version
