That's a bit different.  I've never gotten pre-approvals/green checkmarks in my online account but I've had a few when using the pre-qualification tool.  Then the same cards that were in the pre-qual tool showed up on the personal banker's screen when I checked at the branch.  But I haven't seen any since last December.

I'm tempted to go to my branch to check but the personal banker always gives me the hard sell, wanting me to transfer all my assets over to Chase and I keep having to brush him off by telling him my wife isn't ready to do that.

I went in to my branch about an hour ago; none of the regular personal bankers were there.  Went up to the teller and made a deposit; she asked me if I wanted the balance to which I said "no" but just tell me if I have any preapprovals.  For some reason she went back to the drive-thru area to enter the deposit and when she came back she just handed me the deposit slip.  So I'm guessing there were no pre-approvals but I'll go back during the week when the personal banker I normally deal with is there and have him check.

MaizeandBlue I don’t believe tellers can pull up promos like that like a banker can do. When I went there I asked for a PIN reset and nothing more nothing less and that’s when she said hey you have a pre-approval blah blah blah. I never dealt with a teller except when he came around to sit me with a banker.
