Webbank Soft Pull Approval (Dell)

I was just approved for a Dell account via Webbank for $3000.00. Weird because I JUST as in May 13th paid off a collection account with Portfolio from a Dell charge off from 2018. I tried a preapproval before this charge off was paid and I was not approved. So I am thinking that once I paid them back I am no longer blacklisted because my scores are great. Ex- 658, EX- 629, Transunion- 638. 

Just a tidbit for someone looking at Dell. Anyhow, I didn't take it. I don't need a computer right now or anything Dell is selling so I closed the web browser. I just will keep it in the back of my mind if I am ever pressed for another tradeline or if I need something they are selling.
