I used to have a Promise card but closed it. Probably shouldnt have but for sure was no growth now im on blacklist⬛

I was thinking that also, even considering a recon call, but I don't want another HP after the 2 I already endured. After seeing someone else get the same card on the same night with the same limit, I'm guessing this is where they start everyone out at.
