I responded to a pre-qual app I received in the mail. I'd never received one before and there are no bank locations in my area. I'm not an existing customer as some have stated that it helps if you are. Approved on my first attempt...maybe I was lucky, lol! I was approved for $3,500. Not sure what CB they pulled from but my current FICO 8 scores are EQ 691, TU 669, EX 702 BK 7 discharged in 2010
