Wells Fargo class act cli approved.

Ok this is what happen with my Wells Fargo Propel card, I have 18K credit limit which started out back in December 2018 with starting limit of 7K. Last month I called Wells Fargo and ask for credit limit increase from 18K to 20K my last increase was back in July of this year. After taking my info, the customer rep said you get letter in 7 to 10 days then I said could please connect me to the credit department, which she did. The person from credit department told me your last increase is 3 months ago to soon call back next month then request credit increase. I ask credit good enough to get an increase, the lady said you will have no problem getting an increase next month I said thank you.

This morning I called Wells Fargo and ask for credit increase from 18K to 20K on income of 85K. Was on the phone for less then 2 minutes and lady said congratulations your new limit is now 20K. I said thank you, the rep this is nice start of day your my first call and I able to make your day. The only thing I can take away is Wells Fargo is still doing credit increases and my balance at time was zero and I have only spending 300 to 400 per month and paying before statement cuts, also the 4 month rulrule is a hard one can't get that one.

Ok My take is that Wells Fargo is still lending and BOA and Citi are not giving me any more increase. The only thing I can say about BoA is that they handle recon very nicely and tell you why with out watwating for letter. Citi Bank and Cap one there is no one to talk to, when I turned down by BOA I came not upset felt like I was  value customer, not with Citi or Cap one.

Congrats on your CLI!

Yep, I can speak to my experience with Citi. I regularly use the card and PIF, even waited six months to request a CLI. No go.
