Took doctor of credits and Miles to Memories advice and had my wife apply for the personal SPG with 25k bonus after 3k spend. Card is supposedly changing tomorrow with a $200 bonus instead of 25k points which are valued at $500. 60% lower bonus. She never had card so made sense to get now before it's gone. She was pre-approved. Not sure of ICL. Her Experian score is around 710.
