Woo Hoo! Finally Broke the $10k Ceiling!

I've had eight accounts with CL's of $10k for the three years now, but I just couldn't get any of the credit card companies to boost me past the $10k ceiling. Well the last six month's I've been gardening, avoiding hard pulls and paid my balances down below 3% utilization. Well today I got tired of waiting, took the plunge and tried again, first try with Discover I struck out...

But second try with USAA....

Lol! I'm literally ecstatic, heck I would have been thrilled if they had boosted me to $12,000! But doubling my CL, Thanks USAA I'll take it!

Patience and perserverance is the name of the game.

It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I've found that lenders will follow suit as limits grow.

Leveraging that growth on your part by growing all your

limits and closing accounts holding you back has been

a key part of that process for me.
