Wowzers - Citi Costco CLI Approved with big balance
I was browsing Citi's website and clicked Request CLI and got a message it won't be an HQ. I read if you carry a balance its usually a no go but apparantly that is not the case. Opened 2 years ago. Usually carry ~50% balance when statement cuts. Hit the button and BAM:
