X1 credit card approved (but why no HP?)

Hi,

My wife just get approved by X1 visa SL $5,000. She activated the card with X1 apps, uploaded DL, verify face id, everything done. But I didn't see any HP. We have Complete ID by experian for costco member, also check on experian apps and credit karma as well, but none of them show any HP. Any thought?

Congrats. I was approved not to long ago for 3k. I love the fact virtual cards you use for trials or 1 time use.

I remeber though even though i pulled the triger and was approved, the hard pulldidn't show up for about a week after.

When the card was still new everyone (inlcuding me) got in with a SP approval then sometime in middle to late Dec. 2021 people started reporting HPs after accepting the card. This was only days after I got the invite and accepted my own card. The HP language was always there but they didn't use them (or at least only rarely) early on. SP approvals are still reported from time to time but much more rarely than they used to be.

@Willy_Ong  I read that it may take a week or two after for a HP to appear, so it may still be coming.

Did they let her know of the approved SL before accepting? Any score data points?
