Received a 3x CLI in December 2012 to make it a whopping $450 CL. I used the LUV button on the Wally site and got the typical message about not being able to process my request so I decided to call underwriting and talked to a very nice English speaking lady with a hint of Indian accent. I requested to double my limit to $900. She asked me the basic questions put me on hold for about 1min and came back and said my request was granted and available immediately. I asked about the online button vs. calling them and she suggested that I always call in for better results. I joked and said that was easy and maybe i should have asked for more and she said she could request another since the $900 was approved. So i just said sure try for $2000 (laughing on the inside) sure enough it came back denied but oh well. At least I doubled my limit today, and will hope to double again in 4mths. I'll get a letter letting me know why i couldn't get the increase..I'm sure it will be the one that says, not enough experience at current limit.
