I applied for the card 6/4/16 and recieved the unable to make a decision at this time message then I recieved a letter in the mail to send income and identity verification information I called to today to check the status and was approved the limit is low but it feels great to get a win now i feel that I have enough card so im about to start gardening im going to try and do it for a year.
