chase sapphire preferred approved with many inq and new accounts

i opened my chase account and it looked like i had a preapproval for the sapphire preferred.i was skeptical to apply because of the 5/24 rule. but since it looked like a preapproval offer i would try it to get more credit for my startup trucking busniess.approved for 11,200 starting limit.

they pulled transunion and experian.i do have a chase freedom unlimited for the past year and a half with a 7k limit.It seems like in this case chase wasnt inq or new account sensitive at all

You were able to get around the 5/24 restriction because you applied through the pre-approval offer.
