Just approved but with a pretty low SL of 4500. Kinda bummed because my Citi DC has failed to move in 2 years. I have only gotten minimal CLI twice. CL now only 3800. Other cards are in the 15-25000 range. So, pretty sure something about my profile makes Citi skiddish. However, I hope the diamond will grow since my profile is much better now than when I got the DC a few years ago.
