I got impatient and applied before my lower Amex balance posted and got the dreaded will email decision in 7 days, I called the recon line and only had to confirm some security questions. Pretty excited i will get the card before my ski trip next week so I can use it for the food and rental car. Thanks for all the help as I probably would have held off on appliying until a few more months.
