Congrats! Discover definitely will grow and it isn't necessary to ask for an increase every month. I realize I am in the minority when I say I don't want the $500 increases. I think that is a sign from the lender that they aren't comfortable with you or but you are telling them its OK, I take whatever you give. I turned down my first $500 increase from them. I used it a little more and made sure to show I can make some bigger payments. I started in August with a $3k limit. I am now at $11,500. I have had 3 increases - $1.5K, $3k and $4k. We all have our own opinions on this. I am just saying have patience.
