navy fed CLI

got approved for navy fed last week and then declined a CLI, i sent a message in app asking for a CLI recon since i has my one baddie fall off, and they have me a $3000 CLI!!! 

what cards are more friendly and likely to approve with 15 inquiries and usally only pull Equifax? 670 eq, 17% no baddies
