wow, my wife applied and got a 5k limit fico 08 ready, ready for this score, 556 multiple baddies can't belive it. of course i got denied 680 fico08 and 45% util.

Congrats to your wife and sorry for your decline.  I’m very surprised with your wife’s approval if 556 is her FICO score.  Seems very low for an NFCU approval.  Nonetheless, enjoy the card!

Could you please (if you dont mind) give us more data on your wife's credit profile?  Inquiries in that last 6, 12, 24 months, new accounts, CLs vs balances, baddies etc.
