my transunion fico 8 is 679
I was just approved for discover it about 3 weeks ago for 3 k
and was approved for the apple card back in december..
my oldest account is my cap 1 plat which just became a year old..
you think i would get dinged for having to many open new accounts to recently?
i have 3 inqs on my transunion
is it too soon to apply?
should i wait a little while and build some history with them?
If you want the card and it's useful to you, apply. The only advantage to waiting and potentially improving your FICO score is a possible higher initial starting limit at a later date.
is there a way i can call and see if im preapproved? i heard if you call them and talk to someone in the credit department they can kind of hint or tell you if you have a good chance?
i just am scared because i just got into the credit union a few days ago and i am not in the military i got in through my grandpa and my dad being in the marines even though they dont have an account with them...
No, you should be good to go. Nvy isnt hp sensitive and your file is ripe for some Navy luv Good luck
is it better to apply over the phone or just online?
are they crazy about utilization?
my overall uti is 26% but im just scared because i have a little of a higher balance on my cap 1 i dont want it to affect anything
if i apply and dont get approved when can i apply again?

cashRewards, Go Rewards, Platinum, and More Rewards all have the same UW behind them, while flagship is more strict. Since you have a new Discover IT, it might be more prudent to go for the More Rewards?
Ultimately, you'll have to decide what's best for you.
As to should you? I'm just now approaching/approached your DP's and NFCU has granted me 35k exposure in 3 cards since last June. I think you'll be pleasently surprised, but of course, YMMV.
approved......$500 lol
oh well at least im in the door with them..i guess i can wait and apply for a cli in like 6 months..
make a thread in the approval section!
