Burnt them in 2010 Bk for about 15k. Applied a few days ago and received the 7-10 days notice - received an email today from CitiBank that I was approved for 3k.

I didn't burn them in my BK13 so I'm definitely going to apply for a Citi card when my BK falls off in August.

Congrats I burned them in my BK05 they still blacklist me. May I ask did you apply through the pre qualify or cold apply? Also what are your scores and credit file like? I finally got back in with AMEX and would love to have Citibank down the road again.

Sorry for the late reply and yes, I cold app’d. Got the 7-10 days message and thought to myself - nah citi ain’t going to approve me, at least not yet. Fast forwarded 3 days later, got an email from them! And now, I need to get back in with AMEX. I am still on their blacklist.

Congrats! I burnt them in 2014. No BK but charge -off. Winded up settling. Waiting until the right time to apply with them.
