Would like to know what kind of income they hand out 10k+ limits to...
My income is $52,000. My SO's is $36,000. HHI of $88,000.
I usually put only my income on apps though.
I have $15k CC with NFCU and $15k NAVchek with NFCU.
Several $8k lines, etc.
My SO has $12k with Citi and $11k with NFCU, and several sub-$9k lines.
Hope this helps.
My income is 83k, SO is approx 47k...............HHI approx 130k
Usually use my income when apping, and SO uses his as well, unless asking for HHI.
Citi @ 25k, Barclay Juni Visa/Travelocity Amex both at 15k..........several others at just under 10k on down to 4k.
I just got approved for the platinum card from America First Credit Union. Doing this puts my limit at 10k even. my income is 29k a year. Experian Fico-745 (pulled by AFCU)
Mine is $40k. I've never received a $10k CL from applying, but have 2 cards which I've had CLI's on that are over 10k ($19.5k and $11k).
Awesome, I thought you had to have like 100k+ income for limits like that. My gf's parents had high limits and they made well over 10k a month with 15k+ limits on their cc's.
Hi,
My HHI is $65,000 and my personal income is $45000. I put HHI on CC application. I have 4 CC $1,500, $5,000, $6,300 and $10,500.
Do they use income to decide how high the CL should be? I ask in all seriousness because I had credit lines as high as 10K when I was only earning 8K per year as a Grad student in the mid 1990's. I have lines right now as high as 50K and as low as 13,300. As far as current income, I earn enough to be considered "middle class" in the Tri-State area.
my gf makes between 45 & 48k. she has 3 lines over 10k.
My income is 135k.
I have 7 CC's totaling $148,500 of available revolving credit. Plus 2 LOC's totaling 35k that report. For a total of $183,500 of available credit reporting.
My average CC CL is $21,214. Four of my CC's have CL's of 25k.
This CL result is primarily due to information obtained from members at myFICO.
