So any of the nationally available cards (that don't involve an AF or joining something) avoid Experian? SoFi and Citi both use Experian and almost all of my inquiries are Experian.

I'm not sure what is meant by "avoid", but a variety of them tend to use whatever CRAs they have contractual agreements or partnerships. PayPal 2% CB has been known to pull TU and/or EX. BBVA and FNBO pull EX, for instance. It will really depend on the bank or CU.

I think Fidelity pulls TU. All you would need is to open a free brokerage account to deposit the cashback. Then transfer it out from there.

Update: hi again @FinStar some good news to report, I was approved by Dover FCU on 6/9 for a SL of $5,000! Again many thanks to all posters who very kindly provided the valuable info on the CU and also the eligibility info for joining the CU!

Thanks for sharing your update on this @galahad15. I would suggest posting a thread in the Approvals forum so that others can learn more about the process with this particular CU and any other DPs you can offer.
Wells Fargo is getting a 2% card on July 1, 2021. All of their cards are Visa (except the Propel, but that is invite only now and an AmEx).
It seems that 2% back cards are now blossoming. The purpose of this thread is for the community to chime in on the pros and cons of these 2% cards that may be the new battle ground for issuers in the once ubiquitous 1.5% arena.
I prefer that the scope of this be focused on credit cards that offer unlimited, 2% back on all purchases with no annual fee ever and is for personal usage.
The Ollo rewards card, for instance, is excluded as this 2% back applies to gas, grocery and drug store purchases only. The Spark 2% cash by Capital One is excluded since this is a business card.
For discussion, so far we have:
Active Cash by Wells Fargo
Double Rewards by Citi
Double Up by TD Bank
Evergreen Rewards by FBNO
Fidelity Rewards by Fidelity
PayPal Cashback by Synchrony
Sofi card

PenFed Power Cash Rewards is 2% if you're military or open a checking with $500 balance.
Synchrony's private label MC is 2% as well.
