So you got 3 reductions over the course of how many days?
I believe since Saturday. So 4 days

What rate are you at?

How long have you had the SPG card and what's your usage like?

Congratulations! You're giving me hope to try again, myself, in 2 days.
What is your Experian score like?

Thanks again. So, I couldn't wait the 4 days, and asked after just 2, and got another reduction. Not quite to what your 2nd reduction was, but got it to 14.99 which, honestly, I'm happy with, as it's already lower than the lowest advertised rate. In 2 more days, I'll ask 1 more time, to try to get it to that 13.24% that you received.
I kept chatting, every couple weeks, finally got Delta Reserve and SPG both to 9.24%. They're now telling me that is the lowest they offer for those two products. I guess I'll wait until the next statement cut, and continue persistently!
You get a reduction....and you get a reduction....and two days later you get another reduction....
EVERYONE GETS AN APR REDUUUUUUUUUUCTION!!!!
