Quick question. I got my Amex Hilton about a month ago and just received a referral for a 30K SPG offer. If I apply and get he SPG card will that affect the 60 days on my Hilton card?

Re: 2nd Amex and 60 day CLI

Don't think so.  Believe it is 61 days from account opening or 180 days since last CLI.  If you apply and get approved for the SPG you would not be able to request a CLI until 180 days from the Hilton CLI.

Re: 2nd Amex and 60 day CLI

it will not affect your orignal 60 3x request, I know because I have been approved for a new card and within that same week was successly given 3x on my other card.

Re: 2nd Amex and 60 day CLI

Right it doesn't make a card holder ineligble to request at 61 days on the 1st card but it could indirectly effect the outcome if total exposure limit is at issue after the second approval.
