Besides the 15k more than the previous signup offer, i don't see the card worth it too much IMO.....only 1 mile per $1 spent, the free lounge passes are only good on through the gateway cities & Korea. Plus, UB Bank seems very conversative for the most part...i don't know how hard it is to get approved.
