$40 Zync AF?

I just was charged $40 (1 charge of $25 and one charge of $15). Is this the new AF since they discontinued the card?

Since they discontinued the packs, shouldnt any fees from them be eliminated?

Definitely not a credit, I had a zero balance and now it's going to report the CB with $40 😥

You could be getting charged for packs that they should be crediting back. I would also call in.

Isnt it $25? You should call and straighten things out before more unexpected charges occur.

Additional card holders are $15 each, do you have any of those?  If not, it should only be $25.
