Hi, totally stuck trying to help a friend get a cli. I have tried both of her consumer cards and apparently they won't give her a dime more without a 4506-T. she is very new to credit, been on debits forever. long story. income is $160K so that seems more than enough so what exactly does the 4506-T online when one steps through the process? thanks
